In short, While sometimes hampered by the limitations of its budget, Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie exudes confidence in both its feature character and the story it wants to tell, and even that is bolstered by having actor Matt Ryan back in the trench-coat as DC Comics’ top occultist. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has provided details for select panels at New York Comic-Con, being held from October 4 – 7, 2018. Panels include a first look at Reign of the Supermen; the World Premiere and a separate panel for Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie; a celebration of Batman: The Animated Series and its upcoming remastered release on Blu-ray; and the highly-anticipated Lego DC Super-Villains videogame. OPENS NYCC 2018 WITH LEGO DC SUPER-VILLAINS

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE) bring four action-packed panels to New York Comic Con (October 4 – 7, 2018), including an NYCC-exclusive first look at the latest DC Universe Movie, Reign of the Supermen; the World Premiere and a separate panel for Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie; a star-studded celebration of Batman: The Animated Series and its upcoming remastered release on Blu-ray; and the highly-anticipated LEGO DC Super-Villains videogame.

Presentations will spotlight never-before-seen footage, discussions with film/game talent, and exclusive prizes for inquisitive fans. All four of the WBHE and WBIE panels will be held on NYCC’s Main Stage at the Javits Convention.

In addition, WBHE will host the World Premiere of Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie in a special screening on Thursday, October 4 at 7:00pm at the AMC Empire 25 (234 West 42nd Street, New York). The 90-minute film is rated R – no one under the age of 18 will be admitted without an accompanying parent or guardian.

Fans wishing to receive free tickets to the special screening of Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie must RSVP via email to ConstantineNYCC@gmail.com. Ticket requests will be fulfilled on a “first come, first served” basis, and fans will be notified via email by Monday, October 1.

The body of all fan RSVP emails MUST include the name of the entrant, number of tickets being requested (limit four per entry), and valid email address (written in the body of the email). Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced the Constantine: City of Demons will arrive on physical and digital media on October 9, 2018. The production follows Constantine as he searches to unravel a mystery tied to one of his greatest failures. Constantine: City of Demons was produced in a dual format – initially as animated shorts, the first five of which appeared on CW Seed. With a runtime of 90 minutes, the feature-length Constantine: City of Demons film has over an hour of never-before-seen content, including the film’s climax. Doug Murphy (Scooby-Doo and the Gourmet Ghost) directs the film from a script by J.M. DeMatteis (Batman: Bad Blood). Art Direction is courtesy of Phil Bourassa (Young Justice). Butch Lukic (Justice League Action, Batman Unlimited) is the film’s producer. Sam Register and Sarah Schechter also serve as executive producers.

Matt Ryan, who set the standard for the role of Constantine on the NBC live-action television series, returns to the famed trenchcoat in animated form – after reprising the role in both live-action (Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow) series and an animated film (Justice League Dark).

The cast surrounding Ryan includes Damian O’Hare (Hell on Wheels) as Chas Chandler, Laura Bailey (Critical Role) as Trish & Asa The Healer, Emily O’Brien (The Young and the Restless) as Rene Chandler, Kevin Michael Richardson (Family Guy) as Mahonin, Jim Meskimen (Parks and Recreation) as Beroul, Robin Atkin Downes (The Strain) as Nergal, Rachel Kimsey (Justice League Action) as Angela, and Rick Wasserman (Batman: The Killing Joke) as Mictlantecuhtli.

“Constantine: City Of Demons” Available On CW Seed Starting March 24, 2018

Warner Bros. Television has officially announced the Constantine animated series starring the fan-favorite character will debut March 24, 2018 on streaming service CW Seed. The show will be the subject of a panel at the WonderCon comic convention in Anaheim, California on March 24, with appearances by series star Matt Ryan, writer J.M. DeMatteis and Blue Ribbon Content & Warner Bros. Animation exec Peter Girardi. The animated series, called Constantine: City of Demons, will take place in the same universe as the recent Justice League Dark animated feature from the DC Universe Movie line.

Warner Bros. has also provided the official description of the WonderCon panel, which takes place at 10am on March 24:

ConstantineConstantine World Premiere Screening — A WonderCon Anaheim exclusive! Don’t miss the world premiere screening of the first episodes of the animated Constantine series for CW Seed! This new series from Blue Ribbon Content and Warner Bros. Animation follows DC’s popular comic book character John Constantine (voiced by the live action series star Matt Ryan), a seasoned demon hunter and master of the occult. Constantine is executive produced by David S. Goyer (The Dark Knight trilogy, Batman v.
