Warner Home Video has provided back cover artwork for tow upcoming animated Batman Double Features releases. Batman & Mr. Freeze: Sub-Zero, Batman Beyond: The Movie, Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, and The Batman Versus Dracula, all previously released on four separate DVD titles, are getting packaged together for two new upcoming releases from Warner Home Video – Batman Double Feature – Batman & Mr. Freeze: Sub-Zero / Batman Beyond: The Movie and Batman Double Feature – Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker / The Batman Versus Dracula. Upcoming “The Best Of Batman” DVD Package Artwork Released By Warner Home Video

Announced in February 2012, with the details available here, Warner Home Video has released new package artwork for the upcoming two-disc The Best of Batman DVD compilation title, drawing together assorted acclaimed episodes from the Batman: The Animated Series and The Batman cartoons. The DVD release, hitting shelves June 19th, 2012, features thirteen episodes spotlighting characters such as Bane, Catwoman, Commissioner Gordon, Robin and Ra’s Al Ghul. The two-disc release features twelve episodes from Batman: The Animated Series and one from The Batman. Episodes include “Off Balance,” “Bane,” “Old Wounds,” “Cult of the Cat,” “Legends of the Dark Knight,” “Avatar,” “Over the Edge,” “You Scratch My Back,” “Mad Love,” “Heart of Ice,” “A Matter of Family,” “Jokers Millions,” “I Am The Night.”

“The Best Of Batman” DVD Compilation Release Coming From Warner Home Video

Warner Home Video has released initial details for a new two-disc The Best of Batman DVD compilation release, drawing acclaimed episodes from the Batman: The Animated Series and The Batman cartoons. The DVD release, hitting shelves June 19th, 2012, features thirteen episodes spotlighting characters such as Bane, Catwoman, Commissioner Gordon, Robin and Ra’s Al Ghul. THE BEST OF BATMAN

Synopsis: Its the ultimate in villain-thwarting, Gotham-saving superhero action as the Dark Knight stars in 13 all-time fan favorite Batman animated episodes! Together for the first time on DVD, these are the very best episodes chosen from multiple animated Batman series. In Bane, Batman faces the double threat of chemically enhanced uber-assassin Bane and crime boss Rupert Thorne. Then, Avatar finds the Dark Knight battling an ancient Egyptian sorceress unleashed by the fiendish Ras Al Ghul. In Mad Love, bad girl Harley Quinn falls for the Joker, with complications for the Caped Crusader that are definitely no joke. Media From “The Best Of Green Lantern” DVD, Home Video Release Now Available

The World’s Finest has a first look at DVD media from the new The Best of Green Lantern DVD home video release, available below. The new DVD title from Warner Home Video, now on sale at all retail and online outlets, collects five different episodes from assorted DC Comics-based cartoons. Episodes from Superman: The Animated Series, Justice League, The Batman and Batman: The Brave and The Bold are all included. Continue below for assorted media from the title.

The Best of Green Lantern

Synopsis: Together for the first time is the best of the Green Lantern in a single disc. Each Green Lantern has been chosen by the Guardians of the Universe and wields a power ring that can generate a variety of effects, sustained purely by the ring wearer’s strength of will; the greater the user’s willpower, the more effective the ring. The ring can be used for antigravity, space travel, flight, unleashing torrents of energy, translating alien dialects, and creation of green objects (constructs) of any shape. Across the years, the ring has been shown capable of accomplishing anything within the imagination of the ring bearer. This compilation contains 5 fan favorite action packed episodes that have been taken from other series.

Boomerang Schedules Halloween-Themed Episode Of “The Batman” Series

The specialty network Boomerang, a spin-off channel of Cartoon Network, is scheduled to air a similarly-themed episode of The Batman during the network’s block of Halloween-based programming on Sunday, October 31st, 2010. The network is slated to air the The Batman episode “Grundy’s Night,” a fan-favorite episode from the second season of the series. The official details for the episode are available below

The Batman “Grundy’s Night”
Solomon Grundy, a legendary zombie, emerges from a swamp on Halloween to wreak havoc on Gotham. But Batman and Alfred discover that there is more to Grundy than there appears.
