Guarding the way up the mountain to the “True Master”, these guardians test their opponents skills in different ways. The bear tests strength, the snake tests the senses and the monkey tests ones balance.
When Robin confronted Katarou on the top of the mountain, he employed the “Claws of the Iron Bear”,”Strike of the Flying Serpent’ and “Dual of the Leaping Monkey.” With these techniques, he was able to take Katarou down and begin his training with the True Master.
