| Review There was nothing too spectacular here, unfortunately. Following last weeks outstanding “X” was going to be difficult to begin with, but most of this episode was sub par. The episode focuses on Starfire’s home world, and on Tamaran, marriages are arranged, much to Robin’s chagrin. Of course it’s all a double cross, the appearance of Blackfire made that obvious from the moment she appeared. With the exception of Robin and Starfire, none of the Titans really did anything. The Robin/Starfire relationship is one of the more interesting aspects of Teen Titans to me, there was nothing here to make a brave leap forward for them, but it’s no obvious Robin has some feelings for her, and The relationship aside, there was very little to this episode. Animation wise, it took a step down from last weeks episode, and most Titans episodes. Overall the episode wasn’t bad by any means it just wasn’t very good… |
