| Review Comedy episodes have always had trouble in action cartoons. Some people expect action; after all, they are watching an action adventure cartoon. Which is why it’s confusing that this episode was so… bleh. There were some damn humorous scenes, mostly from Cyborg’s eating habits and the gravy line. As I’ve mentioned before in my reviews, Beast Boy annoys the hell out of me. Animation wise, the episode was fluent more than likely because a lot of the episode took place in ‘high world’, and it’s easier to animate. A special mention must go to Khary Payton, who has perfect comic deliverance. |
