Bio: Foster father to Ro, Sheriff Morgan and his daughter Tiffy lived together until Ro ran away. Losing his wife shortly after Ro’s fleeing, Morgan continued his job and became the fastest to rise through the ranks to become Sheriff. Ro later returned in an effort to find her birth parents; unable to help her in her search, Sheriff Morgan told her she was welcome to stay in their house at any time. |
