Sales Numbers For Recent Issues Of “Batman: The Brave And The Bold” Comic Series
The sales numbers for the current Batman: The Brave and The Bold comic series, based on the animated series of the same name, have been holding steady since the new comic series premiered in January 2009. While subsequent issues featured a drop from the premiere issue, normal for most comic series, the series has been holding steady since in the direct market.
Batman: The Brave and The Bold #2, the second issue of a new ongoing series based on the current animated series of the same name, sold an estimated 8,680 copies for the month of February 2009. For March 2009, the third issue of the comic series, Batman: The Brave and The Bold #3, posted sales of 8,180. The comic series premiered with an estimated 13,935 copies sold when Batman: The Brave and The Bold #1 hit shelves in January 2009. After suffering the usual drop from the first to second issue, according to assorted retailer sources, the Batman: The Brave and The Bold series is already showing a strong steady standing in the direct market.
