Details For Upcoming New “Young Justice” Episodes Slated For February 2011
Cartoon Network has released early schedule details for the February 2011 installments of Young Justice, the new animated series from Warner Bros. Animation. Young Justice is airs Fridays at 7:00pm (ET) on Cartoon Network, with special encore presentations airing Sundays at 8:00pm (ET). The schedule break-down is as follows below.
February 4th, 2011 at 7:00pm (ET)
Young Justice – “Schooled”
Superboy’s anger over his non-relationship with Superman is getting out of control. He refuses to train with Black Canary, and when The Team faces an opponent that even the Justice League had trouble defeating, the Boy of Steel goes rogue.
February 11th, 2011 at 7:00pm (ET)
Young Justice – “Infiltrator”
Artemis faces an uphill battle winning over her new teammates, as she tries to fill Red Arrow’s boots on a mission he initiated: saving a brilliant young scientist from the League of Shadows.
February 18th, 2011 at 7:00pm (ET)
Young Justice – “Denial”
When The Team investigates the disappearance of Kent Nelson, formerly Doctor Fate, the scientific-minded Wally West is forced to confront his disbelief in magic while battling Abra Kadabra and Klarion the Witch Boy, for the ultra-powerful Helmet of Fate.
Please note that Young Justice will be pre-empted on Friday, February 25th, 2011, but will return Friday, March 4th, 2010 at 7:00pm (ET) with the new episode “Downtime.”

Additionally, The World’s Finest would like to express our condolences to the friends and family of Boyd Kirkland, who passed away last week while waiting for a lung transplant at UCLA Medical Center. Kirkland played an integral part in many different animated shows and features beloved by countless fans over the years, including Batman: The Animated Series among many others. He will truly be missed.
Services have been scheduled for Tuesday, February 1st, 2011.
