DC Nation June 2013 Schedule Revised, “Teen Titans Go!” Replaces “Green Lantern: The Animated Series”
Last minute changes to the Cartoon Network schedule last week saw the weekend airings of the DC Nation programming block of Green Lantern: The Animated Series, on both Saturday, June 8th and Sunday, June 9th, 2013 replaced, with a double-dose of Teen Titans Go!. According to revised schedule details provided by Cartoon Network, the popular comedy series will be taking over the entire DC Nation programming block for the month of June 2013 in additional to its regular Tuesday prime-time airings. The late CG-cartoon Green Lantern: The Animated Series is no longer on the June 2013 Cartoon Network schedule. Revised DC Nation schedule details are available below for the remainder of June 2013.

-“The Date”-Robin gets up the courage to ask Starfire on a date, only to find that she has already agreed to go out with Speedy, Robin’s archrival … so Robin kidnaps Speedy!

“Gorilla” – Beast Boy turns into a loud, obnoxious gorilla and refuses to change back, driving Robin crazy. Gorilla Beast Boy takes over the leadership of the Titans, leading to chaos. Cyborg teaches Robin how to be an alpha make so he can take back his role as leader.
“Dog Hand” – When Raven’s demon dad comes for a visit, the Titans all talk about their “daddy issues.”

“Ghost Boy” – Starfire mistakenly thinks she’s killed Beast Boy, leading him to pose as a ghost and torment her.
“La Larva Amor”– The gang agrees to babysit Silkie, but then loses him; meanwhile Silkie has a telenovela adventure south of the border.

“Double Trouble” – Cyborg and Beast Boy create clones of themselves to do their chores and the clones create more clones until the situation grows out of control.
“Laundry Day”– When the gang bickers over whose turn it is to do chores, things quickly get out of control until their dirty uniforms grow a mind of their own and attack!

“You’re Fired”- Beast Boy’s poor job performance leads to his being fired from the Titans. After auditioning possible replacements, they hire a pair of shape-shifting twins to take Beast Boy’s place. (paired with ‘Double Trouble’)
“The Date” – Robin poses as Speedy to sabotage his upcoming date with Starfire
Cartoon Network also announced earlier today that Teen Titans Go! has been renewed for a second season of 26 episodes.
Green Lantern: The Animated Series was originally set to air on the DC Nation block throughout the month of June 2013, but was replaced last minute with additional airings of Teen Titans Go!. For the entire month of June 2013, the weekend hour-long DC Nation programming block will feature back-to-back episodes of Teen Titans Go!.
Beware The Batman is slated to join the DC Nation programming block come Summer 2013, though no specific premiere date has been announced for the new DC Comics-inspired Cartoon Network series. Stay tuned for further updates right here soon at The World’s Finest.
