New “Batman: The Brave And The Bold” Episodes Scheduled, Score Soundtrack Planned
A representative for Cartoon Network confirmed for the The World’s Finest last week on the official message board for this site, The DC Animation Forum, that new episodes of Batman: The Brave and The Bold are slated to return to the network later this month. The first new episode, “When OMAC Attacks,” is slated to air Friday, October 16th, 2009 at 7:30pm (ET) on Cartoon Network. Further schedule details are available below, while an official announcement is expected to be released shortly.

The all-American fighting machine OMAC is pitted against the equally destructive Shrapnel in a chaotic fight to the finish, but the architect behind the battle is the mysterious, balance-obsessed villain “Libra”
Friday, October 23rd, 2009 at 7:30pm (ET) – “Mayhem of the Music Meister!”
Batman and Black Canary are pitted against Music Meister, who is able to exert powerful mind control through song.
New episodes of Batman: The Brave and The Bold are scheduled to premiere Fridays at 7:30pm (ET) on Cartoon Network, followed by a first-run repeat at 10:00am (ET) the following Saturday and then at various times throughout the week, beginning Friday, October 16th, 2009.
In further Batman: The Brave and The Bold news, New Line Records has recently revealed the upcoming Batman: The Brave and The Bold – Mayhem of the Music Meister! soundtrack as both an Amazon-only compact disc release and a legal iTunes download. The direct-to-video The Batman Versus Dracula animated feature is slated to air later this month on the Canadian network Teletoon. A tie-in to the network’s Halloween-themed programming, the animated feature is scheduled to air on Friday, October 30th, 2009 at 10:00pm (ET) as part of the “Feature Friday” programming block on Teletoon.
