Two-Face won out. This time, however, Harvey Dent had his turn.
Disguising himself as the vicious Judge, Dent took out some of Gotham's most feared criminals. Nearly killing them, they were sent back to
Arkham with broken bodies. Judge was stopped by Batman after he found out who he was. Though the
Judge attempted to go after Two-Face, that attempt also failed when
Batman intervenned. |
