What is The New Batman/Superman Adventures?

The New Batman/Superman Adventures was a name given to a package series that aired Superman: The Animated Series with Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures, airing from 1997-2000 on Kids’ WB. Each half-hour episode in the hour-and-one-half block featured either a single repeat from the original Superman: The Animated Series run, the original Batman: The Animated Series run, or a brand new The New Batman Adventures-era Batman: The Animated Series episodes or a new Superman: The Animated Series episode. The New Batman/Superman Adventures aired on multiple days and in different formats, including half-hour and hour-long iterations, during its run on Kids’ WB.

Additionally, new Superman: The Animated Series episodes were also occasionally repackaged as The New Superman Adventures episodes beginning with the second season debut of Superman: The Animated Series in 1997, airing as part of The New Batman/Superman Adventures, but the series always retained its’ official Superman: The Animated Series designation (unlike the clear, official distinction between Batman: The Animated Series and its latter The New Batman Adventures revamp).
