BATMAN: No.
Review: An interesting episode, but not all that exciting until the ending. Most of it seems out of character for Nightwing, but it was all explained for later. Still, it was a slower episode. The animation and drawing was excellent though, with superb characters keeping their form at all times. The fighting and action was amazing.
One especially good scene is where Catwoman and Nightwing jump off a building, through a glass roof, and into a pool. The characters coming from afar to past the camera were consistent and seemed as if they were really jumping and falling. There was a little more blood and gruesome scenes for a Saturday morning cartoon, with Batman being slashed by El Gancho, and finally El Gancho getting his steel hook hand ripped from his body. This episode is not one for the little kids. |
