Actress Molly Quinn Reveals ‘Super’ Role In Upcoming DC Comics Premiere Movie Title
Actress Molly Quinn, currently starring in the procedural television drama Castle, announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2012 that she will be voicing the character of Supergirl in an upcoming animated feature. The animated feature will be part of the ongoing DC Comics Premiere Movie line released through Warner Home Video. As described by DC Comics, Superman: Brainiac is a “hard-hitting story that revitalized one of Superman’s greatest foes – and brought the bottle city of Kandor to Earth.”
This animated feature, currently untitled, joins the 2013 slate of DC Comics Premiere Movie releases scheduled to include Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part Two and a third as-of-yet untitled and unrevealed animated feature. While not confirmed, it has been reported the third 2013 title in the DC Comics Premiere Movie line will be Justice League: Flashpoint, with Kevin Conroy voicing the role of Batman, but Warner Home Video has yet to confirm any upcoming title beyond the two part Batman: The Dark Knight Returns adaptation.

Warner Home Video Announces Two New Animated “Batman Double Feature” Releases
Four previously-released animated movies featuring Batman are getting repackaged in two new home video DVD releases. Batman & Mr. Freeze: Sub-Zero, Batman Beyond: The Movie, Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, and The Batman Versus Dracula, all previously released on four separate DVD titles, will get packaged together for two new upcoming releases from Warner Home Video. These two new Batman Double Features DVD releases bring together previously-released content in new affordable titles. The following releases join the wave of animated DC Comics content previously announced to hit home video shelves in October 2012, with details on those titles available here. Continue below for cover artwork and official press details for these two latest Batman Double Feature DVD titles.

Batman Double Feature – Batman & Mr. Freeze: Sub-Zero / Batman Beyond: The Movie
Release Date: October 9th, 2012
Synopsis: Battle battles his biggest foes in two action-paced features. Batman faces his coolest case ever in Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero when Batgirl is kidnapped by the cold-blooded villain Mr. Freeze. And as new villains overrun Gotham City of the future, a triumphant new Batman is born in Batman Beyond: The Movie.

And in the Batman vs Dracula, Gotham City sleeps under the cover of darkness while two legendary bats take flight.
The bonus content on the above listed releases will be identical to the initial releases for each title. The same content is simply being repackaged in a new release. All four titles features in the new Batman Double Feature releases have been part of previous similar DVD titles, released multiple times over the past fifteen years.
