New “Batman: Gotham By Gaslight” Clip, Images Released
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has released a new clip and two images from the upcoming Batman: Gotham by Gaslight animated feature. The DC Universe Movie title will be available from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on Digital starting January 23, 2018, and on Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD February 6, 2018. The World Premiere of Batman: Gotham By Gaslight will be part of the upcoming “DC in D.C.” weekend event. The premiere – on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 6:30–9:15pm – will kick off the special pop culture gathering, which brings together the worlds of entertainment and public service to illuminate the story of America and current issues through the lens of comics and Super Heroes. Events will take place Friday, January 12, and Saturday, January 13, 2018, at the Newseum, and will culminate with the world premiere screening of the upcoming DC series Black Lightning – based on the first African-American DC Super Hero to have his own stand-alone comic title – in the Warner Bros. Theater at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, with a party to follow at the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Warner Bros. Television Group, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will all be presenting content during “DC in D.C.” Details on the entire event can be found here.
The World Premiere of Batman: Gotham by Gaslight is for mature audiences 18 years of age or older, will kick off with a cocktail reception and will be followed with a Q&A session with the film’s voice cast and producers.
Inspired by the landmark one-shot Elseworlds tale by Brian Augustyn and Mike Mignola, Batman: Gotham By Gaslight takes place at the turn of the century as America’s continued industrial revolution is to be showcased at a World’s Fair hosted by Gotham City. But while the world prepares to witness the glittery glory of Gotham’s technological advances, there is a killer loose in the city’s darkest shadows. Preying on the city’s women, this killer is as precise as he is cruel. As Police Commissioner James Gordon (Scott Patterson – Gilmore Girls) tries to calm the fears of Gotham’s citizens regarding the butcher called Jack the Ripper, the masked vigilante Batman (Bruce Greenwood – American Crime Story) indulges in his own detective work — with the help of confident, capable Selina Kyle (Jennifer Carpenter – Dexter) — to stop the Ripper’s murderous spree. Witness a world in flames as the notorious serial killer’s controlled savagery meets the calculated stealth of the Dark Knight. Warner Bros. Pictures Releases “Teen Titans Go! To The Movies” Teaser Trailer
Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first trailer for the upcoming Teen Titans Go! To The Movies animated movie, a feature-length comedy based on the top-rated Teen Titans Go! It seems to the Teens that all the major superheroes out there are starring in their own movies, everyone but the Teen Titans, that is! With a few madcap ideas and a song in their heart, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, certain to pull off their dream. But when the group is radically misdirected by a seriously super villain and his maniacal plan to take over the Earth, things really go awry. The team finds their friendship and their fighting spirit failing, putting the very fate of the Teen Titans themselves on the line!
Teen Titans Go! To The Movies is directed Aaron Horvath and Peter Rida Michail with the screenplay by Aaron Horvath & Michael Jelenic. The voice cast behind the Teen Titans Go! all reprise their rolls from the series, with Greg Cipes as Beast Boy, Scott Menville as Robin, Khary Payton as Cyborg, Tara Strong as Raven, and Hynden Walch as Starfire all featured. Other members of the cast include Will Arnett as Slade Wilson and Kristen Bell as Jade Wilson.

In short, the feature-length crossover adventure is not only a welcome return for one of the best animated iterations of Batman, but it’s also a solid outing for Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. crew as well. It’s riddled with easter eggs and callbacks to both properties, features a legitimately engaging story that’s full of solid action beats, and has a cool little mystery with great gags. “Static Shock: The Complete Third Season” DVD Collection Coming January 30, 2018
Warner Archive will release Static Shock: The Complete Third Season to DVD at the end of January 2018. The two-disc DVD brings the third season of Static Shock to home video for the first time. Static Shock follows the adventures of teenager Virgil Hawkins as he fights to keep Dakota City safe while juggling responsibilities at home, at school and with friends.
Static Shock: The Complete Third Season is available to order from Warner Archive starting January 30, 2018 through the Warner Archive website, WB Shop and select digital outlets. Warner Archive recently released the first two seasons of the acclaimed animated series to DVD in 2017. An official press release for the DVD title has yet to be issued, though Warner Archives has provided the following details below.

In Lego DC Comics Super Heroes – The Flash, Reverse-Flash manipulates the Speed Force to put The Flash into a time loop that forces him to relive the same day over and over again – with progressively disastrous results, including losing his powers and being fired by the Justice League. The Flash must find a way to restore time to its original path and finally apprehend his worst enemy before all is lost for The Flash … and the world!
Along the route, The Flash encounters numerous new characters being introduced to the popular DC Super Heroes series, including The Atom; B’dg, a squirrel-esque Green Lantern; a pair of legendary super pets in Ace the Bat-Hound and Krypto the Super-Dog, Batman and Superman’s faithful canine pals; as well as Aquaman’s trusted seahorse, Storm.

First Clip From “Batman: Gotham By Gaslight” Released
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has released the first clip from the upcoming Batman: Gotham by Gaslight animated feature. The DC Universe Original Movie title will be available from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on Digital starting January 23, 2018, and on Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD February 6, 2018. Additionally, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment also announced that the World Premiere of Batman: Gotham By Gaslight will be part of the upcoming “DC in D.C.” weekend event. The premiere – on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 6:30–9:15pm – will kick off the special pop culture gathering, which brings together the worlds of entertainment and public service to illuminate the story of America and current issues through the lens of comics and Super Heroes. Events will take place Friday, January 12, and Saturday, January 13, 2018, at the Newseum, and will culminate with the world premiere screening of the upcoming DC series Black Lightning — based on the first African-American DC Super Hero to have his own stand-alone comic title — in the Warner Bros. Theater at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, with a party to follow at the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Warner Bros. Television Group, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will all be presenting content during “DC in D.C.” Details on the entire event can be found here.
The World Premiere of Batman: Gotham by Gaslight is for mature audiences 18 years of age or older, will kick off with a cocktail reception and will be followed with a Q&A session with the film’s voice cast and producers.
Inspired by the landmark one-shot Elseworlds tale by Brian Augustyn and Mike Mignola, Batman: Gotham By Gaslight takes place at the turn of the century as America’s continued industrial revolution is to be showcased at a World’s Fair hosted by Gotham City. But while the world prepares to witness the glittery glory of Gotham’s technological advances, there is a killer loose in the city’s darkest shadows. Preying on the city’s women, this killer is as precise as he is cruel. As Police Commissioner James Gordon (Scott Patterson – Gilmore Girls) tries to calm the fears of Gotham’s citizens regarding the butcher called Jack the Ripper, the masked vigilante Batman (Bruce Greenwood – American Crime Story) indulges in his own detective work — with the help of confident, capable Selina Kyle (Jennifer Carpenter – Dexter) — to stop the Ripper’s murderous spree. Witness a world in flames as the notorious serial killer’s controlled savagery meets the calculated stealth of the Dark Knight. Sam Register, Bruce Timm (Batman: The Killing Joke), Benjamin Melniker and Michael Uslan are executive producers.

“Batman Ninja” Poster, Trailer Released By Warner Bros. Japan
Warner Bros. Japan and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment have released the first trailer and poster for the forthcoming Batman Ninja animated feature, slated for a 2018 release. The content was officially released during Tokyo Comic-Con, along with details on the Japanese cast and crew. While the cast for the English dub of the upcoming feature has not yet been announced, Warner Bros. Japan announced the Japanese casts will include Kouichi Yamadera as Batman, Wataru Takagi as Joker, Ai Kakuma as Catwoman and Rie Kugimiya as Harley Quinn. Additional cast details will be announced in the future.
Junpei Mizusaki is the film’s director, with Kazuki Nakashima the screenwriter and Takashi Okazaki handling character designer. Additional Batman Ninja creators include Kamikaze Douga, English-language screenwriters Leo Chu and Eric Garcia and Yuugo Kanno, who is providing the score.
Warner Bros. also announced an official website and Twitter account for the upcoming project, which are accessible by clicking here and here. Batman Ninja is expected to have a heavy social media presence leading up to it’s release next year. The upcoming animated movie was first revealed at at New York Comic-Con 2017.

“Harley Quinn” Animated Series Heading To DC Digital Service
Warner Bros., via Warner Bros. Digital Networks Group, issued a straight-to-series order for a Harley Quinn animated comedy, which is slated to be part of it’s upcoming DC Comics-themed digital platform. Initial details state the 26-episode series will be spearheaded by producers Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker and Dean Lorey, who previously worked on Powerless. The animated series will be heavily inspired by the Harley Quinn character currently featured in the DC Comics title of the same name.
The animated series will also feature Poison Ivy and a cast of assorted heroes and villains from around the DC universe. The animated series follows Harley as she breaks things off with the Joker and attempts to make it on her own as the criminal “queenpin” of Gotham City. Sam Register, president of Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Digital Series, will be one of the executive producers. Jennifer Coyle also produces with Halpern and Schumacker’s Ehsugadee Productions in association with Warner Bros. Animation.
Additional details will be released in 2018, along with a first look at the animated series and further details concerning the show’s cast and crew. The role of Harley Quinn is currently not cast, but Warner Bros. is expected to approach Margot Robbie, who played the character in 2016’s live-action Suicide Squad feature, to reprise the role.
