Cartoon Network has released the first clip for the upcoming animated one-shot Lego DC Comics: Batman Be-Leaguered, a new special tying in to the upcoming Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham video game, airing Monday, October 27th, 2014 at 6:00pm (ET/PT). The one-shot movie special, written by Jim Krieg and produced by Brandon Vietti, is based on the highly-popular Lego DC Comics and Lego Batman toy franchises. The special is part of Cartoon Network’s “Hallo-Week” promotion, a week-long event of all-new special programming airing weeknights at 6:00pm (ET/PT) from Monday, October 27th, 2014 to Thursday, October 30th, 2014.

So, he is understandably irritated when his nightly cleanup of Gotham City villains is interrupted by Superman, who pesters Batman to join his new superhero team, The Justice League. After Batman makes it quite clear to the Man of Steel that his invitation has been declined, Superman flies off disappointed… whereupon he is overcome with a strange energy and vanishes!

DC Comics has released official details for a new hardcover release of the classic The Batman Adventures: Mad Love one-shot set for release in March 2015. The critically acclaimed comic book, written by Paul Dini with art by Bruce Timm, features the origin of the wildly popular character Harley Quinn. Teletoon Schedules “The Batman Versus Dracula” Animated Feature To Air This Week
The Canadian network Teletoon is slated to air the 2005 The Batman Versus Dracula animated feature as part of the network’s “Teletoon at Night Superfan Movies” programming block on Friday, October 17th, 2014 at 9:00pm (ET/PT). The feature-length adventure is spun-off from the late Kids’WB! animated series The Batman, which rain from 2004 – 2008, featuring the early adventures of the Caped Crusader. The weekly “Teletoon at Night Superfan Movies” programming block on Teletoon, airing Fridays starting at 9:00pm (ET/PT), features a mix of super-hero and sci-fi-based movies, both live-action and animated.

Latest Issue Of “Teen Titans Go!” Series Now Available From DC Comics
The latest issue of the bi-monthly Teen Titans Go! comic title, from publisher DC Comics and DC Entertainment, arrives in comic book and hobby stores today. Teen Titans Go! #6, inspired by the popular Cartoon Network animated comedy/adventures series of the same name, collects two new 10-page stories. Each 10-page story is initially released monthly exclusively through digital outlets, including the DC Comics online store and Comixology, before being published for print every two months.

Cartoon Network has provided The World’s Finest with stills and a video clip from this week’s new Teen Titans Go! episode “The Mask,” airing Thursday, October 16th, 2014 at 6:00pm (ET/PT). The half-hour comedy/adventure series – which features two 15-minute episodes – airs Thursdays at 6:00pm (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network, with rebroadcasts airing at select times during the week. Bruce Timm, producer on Batman: The Animated Series, is involved with the project. Chris McKay Directing “The Lego Batman Movie,” Other Crew Details
Warner Bros. Pictures announced that Chris McKay, who supervised animation on The Lego Movie, is directing the script from Seth Grahame-Smith. Roy Lee and Dan Lin will be producing The Lego Batman Movie along with Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. Will Arnett will voice the Caped Crusader, reprising his role from The Lego Movie.
