La-La Land Records Reveals “Superman II + III – Expanded Archival Collection” Track List, Cover Art
La-La Land Records has provided The World’s Finest with a first look at the track list for its forthcoming three-disc Superman II + Superman III – Expanded Archival Collection soundtrack release. The soundtrack – featuring music composed and conducted by Ken Thorne, from original material composed by John Williams – includes over three hours of material. The three-CD set will be released by La-La Land Records at www.lalalandrecords.com on October 30th at 12noon PST. “Young Justice: Outsiders” Prequel Comic Coming To DC Universe
During the 2018 New York Comic-Con, DC Comics announced it will publish a Young Justice: Outsiders prequel comic through its DC Universe streaming app. The comic, currently slated to be a single issue, will be written by Greg Weisman with art by Christopher Jones, both of whom worked on the original Young Justice animated spin-off comic series. Weisman also serves as a producer and writer for the Young Justice animated series.
The Young Justice: Outsiders prequel comic series will debut in 2019. DC Comics has yet to confirm if the comic will also be available in print or through other digital comics outlets. More details are expected to be announced in the near future.
Young Justice: Outsiders is described by Warner Bros. Animation as follows:
Young Justice: Outsiders features the return of the fan favorite animated series with a huge cast of DC’s most iconic young superheroes – plus brand-new characters, many of whom are just discovering their unique meta-powers and special abilities. Set against the backdrop of a rich, deep world that touches all corners of the DC Universe, the season focuses on meta–trafficking, and an intergalactic arms race for control of these super–powered youths.
Young Justice: Outsiders premieres in January 2019 on the DC Universe streaming service, with new episodes spread out in two separate chunks during the year. Three episodes will debut each week. First Look Video Clip For Upcoming “Harley Quinn” Animated Series
Warner Bros. Television released a video teaser for the upcoming Harley Quinn animated series, coming to the DC Universe streaming service in 2019. The teaser – which features Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Batman – was released during the 2018 New York Comic-Con. Check out the teaser in the player below.
Voice cast details were also released for the upcoming Warner Bros. Animation project. Harley Quinn herself will be voiced by The Big Bang Theory‘s Kaley Cuoco. Cuoco will be joined by Lake Bell (Childrens Hospital), Alan Tudyk (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Ron Funches (Powerless), J.B. Smoove (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Jason Alexander (Seinfeld), Wanda Sykes (Black-ish), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Natalie Morales (Bojack Horseman), Jim Rash (Mike Tyson Mysteries), Diedrich Bader (Veep), Tony Hale (Arrested Development) and Chris Meloni (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit).
The animated series follows Harley as she breaks things off with the Joker and attempts to make it on her own as the criminal “queenpin” of Gotham City. Sam Register, president of Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Digital Series, will be one of the executive producers. Executive producers on the series also include Cuoco, along with Jennifer Coyle, Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker and Dean Lorey. The first season of Harley Quinn will feature 26 episodes and is expected to debut in October 2019, though a specific premiere date has not yet been announced.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has provided details for select panels at New York Comic-Con, being held from October 4 – 7, 2018. Panels include a first look at Reign of the Supermen; the World Premiere and a separate panel for Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie; a celebration of Batman: The Animated Series and its upcoming remastered release on Blu-ray; and the highly-anticipated Lego DC Super-Villains videogame. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE) bring four action-packed panels to New York Comic Con (October 4 – 7, 2018), including an NYCC-exclusive first look at the latest DC Universe Movie, Reign of the Supermen; the World Premiere and a separate panel for Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie; a star-studded celebration of Batman: The Animated Series and its upcoming remastered release on Blu-ray; and the highly-anticipated LEGO DC Super-Villains videogame.
Presentations will spotlight never-before-seen footage, discussions with film/game talent, and exclusive prizes for inquisitive fans. All four of the WBHE and WBIE panels will be held on NYCC’s Main Stage at the Javits Convention.
In addition, WBHE will host the World Premiere of Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie in a special screening on Thursday, October 4 at 7:00pm at the AMC Empire 25 (234 West 42nd Street, New York). The 90-minute film is rated R – no one under the age of 18 will be admitted without an accompanying parent or guardian.
Fans wishing to receive free tickets to the special screening of Constantine: City of Demons – The Movie must RSVP via email to ConstantineNYCC@gmail.com. Ticket requests will be fulfilled on a “first come, first served” basis, and fans will be notified via email by Monday, October 1.

The first-ever big-screen version of DC Entertainment and Cartoon Network’s animated TV show stars Greg Cipes (TV’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) as Beast Boy, Scott Menville (TV’s Spider-Man) as Robin, Khary Payton (TV’s The Walking Dead) as Cyborg, Tara Strong (the My Little Pony franchise) as Raven, and Hynden Walch (TV’s Adventure Time with Finn & Jake) as Starfire, reprising their roles from the series. Will Arnett (The LEGO Batman Movie) and Kristen Bell (Frozen) also lend their voices as the evil Slade and Hollywood director Jade Wilson.
Peter Rida Michail and Aaron Horvath directed the film from a screenplay by Michael Jelenic and Horvath, which is based on characters from DC. Horvath, Jelenic, Peggy Regan, Michail and Arnett produced the film with Sam Register serving as executive producer. The music is by Jared Faber. Superman was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.
Teen Titans Go! To The Movie will be available on Blu-ray Combo Pack for $35.99 and DVD for $28.98. The Blu-ray Combo Pack features a Blu-ray disc with the film and special features in high definition, a DVD with the film in standard definition and a Digital version of the movie. First “Young Justice: Outsiders” Preview Clip Released, “DC Universe” Service Launches September 15, 2018
Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment released a new clip for the upcoming Young Justice: Outsiders animated series during a promotional event for the DC Universe streaming service. The new season of Young Justice will consist of 26 episodes and will debut in 2019 on DC Universe. The show, which takes place after the events of Young Justice: Invasion, the second season of the Young Justice animated series, features The Team dealing with metahuman trafficking. Young Justice: Outsiders features the return of the fan favorite animated series with a huge cast of DC’s most iconic young superheroes – plus brand-new characters, many of whom are just discovering their unique meta-powers and special abilities. Set against the backdrop of a rich, deep world that touches all corners of the DC Universe, the season focuses on meta–trafficking, and an intergalactic arms race for control of these super–powered youths.
During the DC Universe promotional event, DC Entertainment also announced the streaming service will be available starting September 15, 2018. “Batman: The Complete Animated Series” Blu-ray Collection Adds Digital Copy, Now Streets October 30, 2018
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has provided updated details on the forthcoming Batman: The Complete Animated Series Blu-ray collection, along with a video showing off the remastered high-definition transfer. The multi-disc Blu-ray set will now include a digital copy of the remastered Batman: The Animated Series, and has a revised street date of October 30, 2018 (two weeks after the previous release date).
