WARNER BROS. HOME ENTERTAINMENT
AND DC ENTERTAINMENT RELEASE
SCOOBY-DOO! & BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD
ON DVD AND DIGITAL STARTING JANUARY 9, 2018
TOGETHER AGAIN AFTER 45 YEARS IN AN ALL-NEW ANIMATED FILM
The ultimate crime-solving combination reunites when Batman joins the Mystery Inc. gang to catch a gaggle of villains wreaking havoc in Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and The Bold. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment, the all-new original film will be distributed January 9, 2018 by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on DVD ($19.98 SRP) and Digital.
Super sleuths Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma join forces with the world’s greatest detective, Batman, when they discover that villains from both of their respective rogues’ galleries have also combined efforts to terrorize the city. With Scooby snacks in tow, the crime-fighting teams encounter classic Batman foes (Joker, Catwoman, Riddler, Penguin, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn) and allies (The Question, Aquaman, Plastic Man, Martian Manhunter) along with a bevy of fiends from Scooby-Doo lore (Spooky Space Kook, Gentleman Ghost, Miner 49er, Ghost Clown). As always, you won’t know who the ultimate villain is until those “meddling kids” pull off the mask!
Avid Scooby-Doo fans know this isn’t the first time the Caped Crusader has partnered with Mystery Incorporated. Forty-five years ago, Batman (and Robin) were the featured guest stars in a pair of The New Scooby-Doo Movies. Premiering in 1972, the renowned detectives worked to solve crimes together in the hour-long television movies entitled The Dynamic Scooby-Doo Affair and The Caped Crusader Caper.
Diedrich Bader, who voiced the Dark Knight in the fan-favorite Batman: The Brave and the Bold animated television series, reprises his role for this all-new film alongside the longtime Scooby-Doo voice cast of Frank Welker (Scooby-Doo & Fred), Grey Griffin (Daphne and Black Canary), Matthew Lillard (Shaggy) and Kate Micucci (Velma). The guest cast includes Jeff Bennett (Joker), Jeffrey Combs (The Question), John DiMaggio (Aquaman), Nika Futterman (Catwoman), Nicholas Guest (Martian Manhunter), John Michael Higgins (The Riddler), Tom Kenny (Penguin, Plastic Man), Kevin Michael Richardson (Detective Chimp), Tara Strong (Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy) and Fred Tatasciore (Harvey Bullock).
Jake Castorena directs the teleplay by Paul Giacoppo, based on a story by supervising producer James Tucker. Michael Jelenic is the producer. Executive Producer is Sam Register. Benjamin Melniker and Michael Uslan are Executive Producers.
“Scooby-Doo continues to be one of the most popular kids’ brands in the Warner Bros. canon, and we are thrilled to reunite the gang with Batman, the ultimate crime-stopper,” said Mary Ellen Thomas, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Vice President, Family and Animation Marketing. “Fans and families of all ages are in for a treat – and hopefully some Scooby snacks, too – when watching this all-new original movie on DVD and Digital.”

The World’s Finest Reviews “Batman vs. Two-Face”
The World’s Finest has published its review of the Batman vs. Two-Face, now available to own on home media. In short, the animated movie is a great film which continues the innate brilliance of the original 1960s Batman series while also playing with the formula. Adding some noir-ish trappings to the movie really creates a unique experience, and there’s just enough of it sprinkled in that it never overpowers the very deliberate zany tones of the source material. Batman vs. Two-Face is also a great showcase and send-off for Adam West. To read the complete review, click on the image below.

Press Details, Artwork For “Batman And Harley Quinn,” “Batman vs. Two-Face” Soundtracks
WaterTower Music has released press details for the forthcoming Batman and Harley Quinn: Music From The DC Universe Original Movie and Batman Vs. Two-Face: Music From The DC Animated Movie soundtrack releases, both hitting digital on October 6, 2017. Both titles will also see a limited physical release as well. The score for both features is provided by Dynamic Music Partners, known from their long association with DC Comics-based animated properties. For a rundown of press details, and a look at the cover for both soundtrack releases, please continue below.
BATMAN AND HARLEY QUINN: MUSIC FROM THE DC UNIVERSE ORIGINAL MOVIE
AND BATMAN VS. TWO-FACE: MUSIC FROM THE DC ANIMATED MOVIE
BOTH TITLES TO BE RELEASED OCTOBER 6 AND FEATURE ORIGINAL MUSIC
BY THE EMMY AWARD-WINNING DYNAMIC MUSIC PARTNERS
Water Tower Music announced today the October 6 release of two titles: Batman and Harley Quinn: Music From The DC Universe Original Movie and Batman Vs. Two-Face: Music From The DC Animated Movie. The albums feature the movie’s original score by Dynamic Music Partners (DMP), a team of 3 composers who previously scored Batman Beyond. The soundtracks will be available at all digital music providers and on CD exclusively at FYE stores.
“We’re thrilled that WaterTower Music is releasing soundtracks for two of our current projects: Batman & Harley Quinn and Batman vs. Two-Face!” explained the three Emmy Award-winning composers Michael McCuistion, Lolita Ritmanis and Kristopher Carter, collectively known as Dynamic Music Partners. “The Batman vs. Two-Face score gave us one final opportunity to honor the late Adam West as Batman, with all the Bams! Zings! and Pows! made famous by the original television series music written by musical icons Neil Hefti and Nelson Riddle. Collaboration with producer James Tucker always brings us great creative freedom!
“With Harley Quinn, we returned to the musical world of Batman: The Animated Series, which was our first collaboration with Bruce Timm as part of Shirley Walker’s team,” they continued. “Along with recreating that Dark Deco mood, we also paid homage to some of the greatest jazz scores of the 70’s and 80’s. Our long creative history with Bruce usually allows for a musical and dramatic shorthand while discussing the score; this particular project, with its comedic twists and turns, really kept us on our toes!
“We worked with our key music team on the scores (engineers Mark Mattson and Mako Sujishi, woodwind player John Yoakum, Greg Herzenach on guitars, Andris Mattson playing trumpet on Two-Face, and trumpet legend Wayne Bergeron on Harley) to take the listener on journeys that are simultaneously familiar and fresh for fans who will undoubtedly appreciate these distinct takes on the Batman universe.
Both albums will be available October 6 at all digital music providers and on CD exclusively at FYE Stores.
About Batman and Harley Quinn
In Batman and Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Jason Woodrue (a.k.a. The Floronic Man) embark on an ecological quest to save the planet – and, unfortunately, eliminate most of humankind along the way. To save humanity, Batman and Nightwing are forced to enlist Harley Quinn to catch Poison Ivy, Harley’s BFF and frequent partner-in-crime. But Batman’s patience is put to the test by the unpredictable and untrustworthy Harley during the twists and turns the reluctant companions face during their bumpy road trip. The result is a thrill ride of action, adventure and comedy no Batman fan has seen before.
About Batman vs. Two-Face
As the sequel to the 2016 hit animated film Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, the all-new Batman vs. Two-Face finds Batman and Robin back in classic 1960s action, protecting Gotham City from some of the most nefarious villains in comics history. But when the mutilated master of multiplicity, Two-Face, begins staging a daring crime wave across Gotham, the Caped Crusaders must work double-time to discover his mysterious secret identity before they can halt his evil-doing – all the while combating the likes of Catwoman, Joker, Riddler, Penguin, Bookworm, Hugo Strange and King Tut!
